SugiExDB: The data repository for Cryptomeria japonica RNA-sequencing read counts
This database stores raw read count files and CPM (counts per million) files from RNA sequencing of Cryptomeria japonica.
You are free to download the data.
To find a transcript ID (ex. SUGI_0000010), use the search function or blast against the SUGI_1 database.
Navigate to the expressionvalues_dotplots and search for your transcript ID to find its CPM values.
Click "Show" to display a dot plot figure in the expressionvalues_dotplots section.
