The data repository for Cryptomeria japonica RNA-sequencing read counts
SugiExDB stores raw read count files and CPM (counts per million) files from RNA sequencing of Cryptomeria japonica.
You are free to download the data.
To find a transcript ID (ex. SUGI_0000010), use the search function or blast against the SUGI_1 database.
Navigate to the expressionvalues_dotplots and search for your transcript ID to find its CPM values.
Click "Show" to display a dot plot figure in the expressionvalues_dotplots section.
